Traditional African real estate is largely illiquid and inaccessible—exiting an investment can take months or years, locking capital away from diaspora and global investors. High entry tickets (often $50K+ minimum) exclude the vast majority of retail investors, while developers still rely on manual, paper-heavy processes for fundraising and asset management.
